The minimal level difference at the boundary between the grit-free and gritty parts continuously lifts the skin as the bit rotates, then the gritty side grinds it. This is where its effectiveness lies!

Precisely because of this, Tornado bits will always be slightly stronger and more effective than their plain counterparts. A medium-grit, diamond grinding bit in the shape of an oat grain, perfectly suited for safely lifting the posterior nail fold and cleaning the natural nail surface in this area. Thanks to its shape, it can be easily and safely used along both the lateral and posterior nail folds.
